Vitamin C is a water-soluble vitamin that is an essential nutrient for our body. Our bodies can’t produce vitamin C so we need to consume it from our diet, which is found in most fruit and vegetables. Vitamin C is an antioxidant, therefore plays an important role in our immune system, protecting cells against potential damage, collagen production and increasing iron absorption. This vitamin C is formulated in the Ester form which allows it to be highly bioavailable and therefore better absorbed by our body.

Do not use it when pregnant. Not for use by a person under 12 years of age. Contraindicated with G6PD deficiency, thalassemia, sickle cell, and haemachromatosis
